Cuby is continuously updated so that you always get the latest version. However, this has also a dark side: added features and fixed bugs may not be backward compatible and even the results obtained with the same input can change (for the better, we believe). Either use a single version of cuby for a whole project or check your results carefuly!

While Cuby is free software (Licensed under GPL3), we ask for a simple registration. Keeping track of research groups using our software is important for its further development.
